compared to other South African ethnic groups. We took this as an inspiration and as a beautiful story to tell and used an art work with three solid circles that is in a shape of a woman, 1 small circle as the head, the big middle circle as the abdomen and another small circle as legs. Carribean colours were used as the colours that were adopted by the tribe and we used a triangular line on the edges of the blanket which also taken from their pictographs (arts on their walls)The green colour was used to acknowledge the Province as the city of life with its wealth of nature and plants that produces fruits etc.
